We have established a comprehensive environmental management mechanism, especially in the difficult aspects of environmental management, such as identification of environmental risks, monitoring of pollution factors, hidden trouble detection and management and noise control, groundwater pollution prevention and control, etc., formulated the "Compliance Evaluation Management Measures", "Emergency Response Plan for Environmental Emergencies", "Pollution Sources Self-Monitoring Measures" and other systems and documents, and our subsidiary companies have also established systems such as "Environmental Risk Hidden Danger Detection", "Soil and Groundwater Management Measures ", which standardize the implementation requirements and clarify the division of responsibilities and penalties in terms of management responsibilities, workflow, performance indicators, assessment and evaluation.

Since the establishment in 2007 to 2022, we have finished a total of 3,322,500 compulsory tree planting, ecological restoration of an area of 3,461,900 m², and a total of 160 million yuan in treatment funds. The sources of water consumption of Hainan Mining mainly include new water and production cycle water. We vigorously develops production recycled water utilization projects, optimizes the construction of industrial water pipeline network, and increases the proportion of recycled water in the total water consumption. In 2022, our industrial water recycling utilization rate was 95.55%, an increase of 1.21% year-on-year, and reduced new water consumption by 642,700 cubic meters year-on-year, a decrease of 21%.
In order to protect water resources and improve the utilization of water resources, We has vigorously developed recycling water utilization projects in the process, formed an effective circulating water management mechanism, and achieved good water-saving benefits.
The ore dressing wastewater is treated through the tailings concentration pond in the plant and all the overflow water is reused. After the tailing enters the tailing pond and precipitates, the tailing is stored in the pond, and the overflow water enters the tailing pond (3000m³) through the overflow well, flood discharge tunnel, and dissipation pond, and is finally pumped back to the beneficiation plant. Beneficiation wastewater through the plant disposal recycling reuse and tailing pond overflow reuse "double cycle" comprehensive reuse to achieve the production of wastewater plant emissions.
Our main waste include waste gas, waste water, solid waste and hazardous waste, we have made a series of waste management system, emphasizing on the hazardous waste from the generation, collection, storage to the transshipment of the whole process of management,and build a recycling system for waste materials to improve the disposal and management system of waste materials.
We set targets related to environmental pollution emission to achieve "zero environmental pollution accidents" and "qualified rate of 100%".
