We has formulated the "Guidelines on the Code of Business Ethics of Hainan Mining Co. The Code of Conduct regulates the employment, posting, salary determination and business dealings of specific relations, further restrains employees from practicing with integrity, effectively reduces the risk of corruption, and ensures the normal operation of anti-corruption.

We established a monitoring and reporting mechanism,encourage employees to report all illegal and unethical behavior, and has set up a Management Committee for the Code of Business Ethics to ensure that day-to-day tasks are carried out and training on the Code of Business Ethics is provided.

We encourage our stakeholders to report any possible violations of ethical business management principles, and we provide complaint and reporting mechanism, continually expanding the channels for complaints and reports, and regularly reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness to ensure that each stakeholder has easy access to the complaint process and timely responses to their claims.
